Well of wishes

Tossing coins into the tide, wishing well rushing high.
He wonders if time will pass him by
Or if the sun will race the night?

Affording hope beyond hope, yet missing every single note.
The weight of choice crushes his soul,
pushing him further below.

He took a chance on whim. He feared the risk but made the swim.
Blind to the creatures under him,
he fought the drag of the current.

Fairy tales, they sang it true: Don’t be afraid to start anew.
Err in the attempt, try again –
Better to fail than live shut in.

Welcome to my blog about travel and humanity, where the two join hands to send a message: that we all want to say the same thing. The purpose of this blog is twofold: to give a crazy mind a canvas, and to touch somebody's truth.
